With the New update 2.0, the appli crash! Error database 2009 CAN you help me?

Connection failure most of the time. No response from developer. Frustrating, can not rely on it.

Please update with a tvOS app. Would love to watch cameras from the new Apple TV 4!

It would be so nice if this app would you let you put the devices in alphabetical order. I work for a company that has 700 locations and we are installing the truvision cameras in each of them so it would be nice if when looking for a location that it would be in alphabetical order. It would also help if the app would let you add more than 100 devices so we could keep all of our locations on our phone at once instead of deleting one and adding another to test and see if everything is working. I have connected the company numerous times about this issue with no results. Please help, what I am asking for seems minimal. Thank you I will be expecting the new update soon or we will have to find a new camera system. I will give a 5 star review when my request as been granted.

Audio cuts in and out on mobile app when viewing, but not on recorder. Needs to be fixed. Does it on my iPhone 6s plus and my iPhone 5

Many things wrong with this app 1) no iOS 10 or iPhone 7/7plus or iPad Pro 12 inch support 2) cant use main stream viewing without lag 3) no multitasking support on iPad Pro models All these make these cameras one of the worst expenditures for my company. Please add these features, optimize the app, and create a way to view the main stream without lag. I have a 120mbps connection and the main stream lags constantly.

Doesnt have any description of the icons unless you look in the guide doc under setting. Cannot connect to my cams so often that its impossible to setup on your own. Technician is not available to ask for help via phone either.

Instead of Warning:success it should be Attention:success

I work for an alarm company and also have this in my home. I absolutely love it! It is easy to use and allows you to view up to 4 cameras. The only thing I wish they could do is make an app for the iPad with better resolution.

Why not be compatible with one of the most common boxes?

Keep getting an error "Warning Database Operation Failed:2009" and then the app closes immediately.

Upgraded my software and immediately get database error, was forced to remove and re-install and now it will connect to my cameras and not display anything. Hats off to you.... Do you even test your software prior to releasing it as an update and screwing people up?

I just upgraded today and the app bombs! Trying to reinstall and start over to see if that helps Dont upgrade yet

You need to uninstall the old version prior to installing this one. Poorly written "upgrade" path.

Does not work last version was fine upgrade and all I get is failed 209.
